Kenesis Login Fiasco

I recently was awarded a shop via KSS for Kenesis, however I can't seem to log into the kenesis site to confirm my shop. I get a "oops bad login" error even when entering the correct password/email. I click on the "forgot password" link and it emails me my password, I enter it, and again, I get the same message. When I reply to the robo email from the scheduler, I get no response. Does anyone know where they can point me next?

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

Did you copy and paste the new email? Sometimes when I typed it out I've gotten an error message before, not from Kenesis but other sites.

Have you tried to login using a different browser? I have login/reporting problems sometimes, and using IE or Chrome will work when FireFox won't.

Good tip JM, but no dice. Tried two browsers -- same problem.

Which two did you try? I use FireFox with no errors.

You got the sign up link from KSS? If I remember correctly, they have to set you up.

Same thing happened to me a year or so ago....i'm not a fan of their site. good luck it will work out.

Bummer. What stinks is that I'm gonna look like a flake that didn't confirm or do the shop.

You won't look like a flake. You did your part by contacting the scheduler. S/he did not respond.

If you can't confirm the shop within a certain hours of time it will be scheduled to someone else, No flake. If you are using a mobile device try using a laptop or desktop.
