My sister used to travel a lot and bought a Prada handbag from Italy (I always loved it). She got Dementia and had to go to a home, when having her estate sale, her son said, Auntie Irene, thanks for helping us find a home for Mom, why don't you take a couple things you like...yes, the Prada is mine along with a fabulous diamond ring I treasure and my daughter has her eye on. Shops, doing my Channel, I always loved their clothes, same store a Louie Vuiton handbag, the big one, but my fee didn't allow it, haha. I really didn't get much from a shop, a Guess handbag and Channel perfume was it, just o.k. Family has been better to me than MS'ing, as my sister worked for 50 years at I.Magnin, then Saks Fifth Ave where she got me 30% off, everything. Thanksgiving we'd go up and buy a really nice something. The thing about good clothes (not made in China) they last forever. I still wear designer suits from years ago. Classic never goes out of style.
Live consciously....
