The best way to find out is to keep signing up with more companies until you stumble across the ones that shop the companies that interest you.
Sometimes you can google the company name along with something like mystery shop and find out that way.

Also Valero audits are normally assigned in routes and those are offered to the previous shopper before being offered to the rest of the world. Also they assume you are only interested in what they consider your area. So. It's very possible you are signed up with this company but simply have not had any available to you.
