MF asks to resubmit a receipt.

I was called and asked to do a shop on the 26th. It had a bonus and I took it. I sent the report and the receipt. Today, 28th, I get an email this morning that I had sent the wrong receipt. I was to resubmit the correct receipt within 24 hours. I went back to my files and it was the right one. When I tried to go into the new site it says "rejected". The receipt was unreadable. No way to resubmit the receipt. I have sent several emails but to no avail. The 24 hours will be up tomorrow morning, if I go by the email time. I'm not to sure about the new site set up, but I don't like change. That's just me!

Thank you! I did as you suggested. I did send the wrong receipt, my bad! I do the same shop so much but that's the first time I've done that. I did enhance the receipt so I know it is very clear. Thanks again. I'll wait to see what happens.
I relayed to email & attached the receipt. I know they don't want you to email receipts but what else could I do. I've not heard from them so far yet. Nothing shows on my shops page. Yesterday it said rejected so I don't know. I guess I'll have to write this one off.
My "notes" are typically in my head or what I typed into the ShopIt app. There is no way I could recall particulars from two weeks ago. Not with the number of shops I do per week. I always keep a pdf copy of submitted reports, but now think perhaps I'll print out my ShopIt notes to a pdf file as well (only detailed shops).
