Presto instashop vets I need help!

Accepted a Frontera shop and when I attempted to check in there was a location error! I'm afraid that I'm on the hook for the dinner bill cuz the presto app isn't working. Has anyone else had this issue? It won't let me report on shop because of location error and the form expires in 5 hours. I emailed tech support after hours but won't Here any thing for a while. Can anyone offer assistance?

Generally there is a box to check if the app is coming up with the wrong address. If you check it, it will allow you to proceed.
Does anyone know have the contact of a presto scheduler? Tech support said that I should contact them. I auto assigned this shop via the presto app and I never dealt with a scheduler.
