Business Verification question...

I did a Business Verification 2 week ago, a lot of work report wise, actual onsite easy. I see on the board the same job is up again (2 weeks later). I thought once these are done, they're done, you just evaluate if the Company is set up property, many pictures, etc. My job was accepted (no problems), I'll be paid today, so, why do they need to re-do it...curious.

I have seen this when the business is getting verified w different vendors. IE an independant insurance agent wants to sell State Farm and Auto Owners, both providers would require an independant inspection following each provider's guidelines, so it requires two on site inspections.

That makes sense, however, this company was a loan broker only...one business, and i was supposed to state if other business's were involved, they weren't according to his business card and license.

Sounds like a compliance verification,to verify he is not violating the terms of the license.
The business might be using different background check companies. I have done several Business Verification visits to the same location but the background check company was different.
Sometimes, they fail the initial verification. If it's something simple to correct, they might be given that opportunity. Then, another inspection is needed to prove that they complied. In the past, I visited one place 3 times before they were finally able to pass. No biggie.

The client that hired my company was a loan company from whom he borrowed money and was checking to see if all the I's were dotted and the T's crossed., nothing to do with a background check.

We don't always know the reason(s), and certainly, can not assume because of who the requesting company is. I have gone back simply because a new phone line was added.
