Are NJ Chase Bank shoppers having fun yet?

I'm ready to tear my hair out with them. I hope they get things straightened out soon. What a mess!!

Oh yeah, something is very different. They are using NJ as a pilot state for different scenarios. So, not only are there certain scenarios you have to present based on whether or not you have to "ASK" for materials or "NOT ASK" for materials, the forms are completely screwed up and won't submit unless you answer things that should be skipped. Each different type of the four types has different scenarios, plus you have to know whether you're supposed to ask or not ask. I've started writing it down on a scrap piece of paper before I go in, because 9 times out of 10 while I'm sitting there gazing at the banker, I forget which one I'm supposed to do. Then there's the reporting. I've been told over and over that they are working hard to get it straightened out. I've submitted reports with missing photos, extra answers and if I hit "I'm Stuck" the form goes away and I can't send an invoice. I don't know if this makes sense, but take my word for it...it's not pretty.

Yeah, the ask" and "do not ask" questions ended up on a few of the Ohio reports, but there was nothing in my guidelines or on my form indicating which I was supposed to be doing. I chose "do not ask" and thank goodness I was given everything I needed to submit the reports. I was wondering what that was all about. I guess they put them on my reports by accident.
thanx for heads up. i will avoid the mess by not taking any shops. how much is revised shop paying?
Ninja, same pay. The ones I did were bonused.

They start off at the same pay as always, but go up real fast. I'm done with the 15 I had and won't be doing any more until things are straightened out. As far as I know, other states besides NJ don't have the problem, so don't avoid taking them if you're not in NJ. IMO, they should have pulled the shops until they straightened out the form problem. Every single one of them required answers that should not have been answered. They were aware of the issue from the beginning of the month and still not fixed. Editors are probably going crazy. I'm anticipating redos which will not make me happy.

Yeah how in the heck are you supposed to redo them...encounter the same banker and ask the same questions just screams "I'm a mystery shopper".
No, I'm thinking the reports may have to be redone, not the actual shops. Unless the editors can straighten them out. The sweet phone ladies said to get the forms to go through to put an answer in the questions that should have been skipped and make notes in the comment section. So, there's a lot of contradictory information in the reports that needs to be removed. It's a bit of extra work, that's for sure.

LMAO......I had 8 chase shops schedule for one day. It took me 4 hrs to get to them all in one outing. At the last shop my mind was gel by the time I got home. I did not have to ask for any material. I was provided with it regardless of the type of shop.
