High end watch shops?

I signed up for a couple of new companies last week and one of them has high end watch shops. Anybody done these? What do you think? The pay seems pretty good for an easy shop, too much so, actually. Most retail type shops I've seen pay very low, comparatively. Am I missing something? Is it harder than it looks or does it have an unreasonable narrative involved?

Thanks for your input.

I haven't done them.... They have "qualifications" that you must meet. I failed because I don't use enough luxury brand items.... I have to wonder how many folks mystery shop who wear $10,000 watches.....

Same here... I don't use any luxury brands, and my dream car is a Subaru WRX, lol...
I did a couple of easy luxury brand watch shops for ipsos back in April. I did have to 'pre-qualify', but nothing too crazy.

They do require a full narrative but are pretty straight forward from a reporting perspective.

I have done a bunch of these and even bought two watches based on my shops. I use the shops to do research for my purchases.
I did one. The shop and report were easy. My mistake was providing real contact info that the retailer has used to badger me with follow-up texts.
I did one and it was reasonable for the pay. I went home with a Rolex book!

And just like dust, I will rise.

You have more self control than I. I went home with the Rolex smiling smiley
I have one michele watch that I got as a birthday gift from my parents. I don't think I'd ever pay for one myself.
They will waive the high-end brand ownership requirement when they realize they won't be able to find such a person. I've done them, and they are very simple. They sound intimidating, but it wasn't bad at all.

Cool, maybe I'll give it a shot. I don't even use a watch, much less own a super expensive one, because my phone has this super secret special tell time and date feature that I use instead.
Nimi, welcome to the forum. Kathy G mentioned one of the companies in the post above. But if you sign on with lots of companies, you'll find others.
I used to do them up till this year,, and can "play" the part. Having had a sister that worked for Saks fifth Ave for 40 years in Couture, yes, I am comfortable in high end places, but no, i don't have a 10,000 watch, and if I was still driving the freeway and not retiring, i'm always happy to do them.

I filled out the requirement sheet and passed but have yet to do one of these shops. Generally I do not shop the brands listed in the check off list but since I have mystery shopped/purchased at some of them I was able to check yes without lying about it.
I did this shop only once. I got approval from the MSC to use a scenario I made up in order to sound realistic. I told the sales associate that my brother, an airline pilot was celebrating 20 years with Brand X airlines. I said my 2 sisters and I were going in on the cost together. That seemed more believable. I got an excellent grade on the report, plus it was highly bonused.
