Presto! Rejected

I've been having a love affair with this MSC. The pay lightning fast (fast as next day) and the shops are hassle free. I've done alot of work for them recently and have made really good money in a short time span. Recently, the honeymoon ended; I did a shop for them that I've done multiple times and this time, it got rejected! The stunner was that they did not provide a reason. They simply said its not acceptable and that's that. They provided the option for an appeal and I went thru with it, but I'm not sure I'm gonna hear back. Has anyone else had a presto shop rejected in this manner?

i had am insta-shop that was rejected but i was new at them and glare... knew my pics might not pass.

update! MSC apologized for rejection and has accepted. Turns out that I scooped up too many shops and the fault lies with them and their IT people. I beat the system!

I did a restaurant shop for them and it was rejected because I didn't order an alcoholic beverage. However the guidelines said nothing about needing to order a beverage (and if they had I wouldn't have taken the low reimbursement only shop). I appealed and within a few hours they agreed and paid me for the shop.
