Sizing Audits

Anyone out there suddenly having issues with these types of shops? I have completed over 100 and now when a report is not good (all categories having more than 7 mis-sized items), I am being questioned, asked for additional photos (which were not required), and generally told I did go to the store but did not do the audit. Very frustrating when you spend the time, money and gas to do these on a route.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you. From your previous posts, I see you have done several of these audits and you should be consider a seasoned Vet for this shop. Just hope that this all can be cleared up and you receive your payment. I am a new shopper and I was considering this audit but based on the current shop pay $16 in my state the pay will barely be minimum wages (per hour). Nevertheless, the audit seems extensive (counting 125 items in 5 different categories AND looking at the tag inside EACH of the garments to verify that the correct size) is hanging where it is suppose to be. This shop has been listed for awhile, maybe because no bonus is included. Well, my niece is scheduled to do one tonight. This will be her first, so I will advise her to take additional pics just in case she runs into any category having more than 7 mis-sized items. Mystery Shoppers are valuable and we should be regarded as such. Just to name a few, we have to be alert, dependable, quick thinkers, punctual, truthful, self motivated, responsible, fearless, faithful, patient, kind, and I could go on, and on. Be safe shoppers and have a wonderful day.

I also have done a lot of these and did not notice the new guideline about having tb take a photo. You just have to take one photo of the section that has the largest amount of mis sized items.
I am at over 200+ audits and no problems other than longer surveys for less money. When a problem arises i simply check the written notes and fix the item. I do complete and upload audit at location as it shows you were actually at correct location. I could use more companies needing audits as I have a new scheduler at one company who seems to work fewer hours and responds in days, not hours....
