One fairly complicated mortgage phone shop, then an oil change with tire rotation.
Reminder to self: demand a 66% bonus before accepting another mortgage phone shop.

I get a call from the MSC's scheduler this afternoon. She says, "I have an Ace Hardware shop that has to be completed this weekend! Make an offer." The cost of my hose.

Today is MOD Pizza and tomorrow is Aldi.

@HonnyBrown wrote:

The scheduler who called me told me she was changing the date for my shop on Friday. I asked her if there were any changes, and she said no. I found out when I started the report that she assigned a new shop to me. The guidelines were completely different. I had to cancel both shops. I'm peeved, but I got my hose.

Today is Ace Hardware. It was originally scheduled for Friday. A scheduler called and asked if I could do it today so they could meet their deadline. I said yes, and she doubled the fee.

I'm going to use the fee and reimbursement to get a hose that I need.

I usually work for cash, but I need stuff for my house. I'm happy to work for a low fee if I can get items that I need.

Thanks shop. SeeLevel doesn't have home improvement shops in my area. Alta has one literally up the street, but by the time I finished the cert it was gone.

HonnyBrown,

Check out Seelevel. They have some shops in places that sell hoses. As far as I know, the shops would not reference hoses, and you could just be a customer who wants a hose and to check out the shop's items. However, the base fee would go.. maybe up to half or a third of the cost of a hose? You are great with getting bonuses. I do not know if this is even possible. I merely mention it... Also consider Alta 360.

Yeah, I'm happy at how that turned out! Tomorrow, I'm getting spackle. Spackle!

One happily bonused apartment, less than a mile from home.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
I did an AT&T full purchase shop last week. It was a company I already use for a phone that I wanted to buy. I love my beautiful new phone. I mean - I’m IN love with it. I want to spend all my time with it and use its functions in every available capacity, all the time.

Yesterday I did a test drive of an Acura. I had to pretend to be in a higher income bracket than I am in real life. I wore the outfit I wear for my mystery shops (a simple gray/black ensemble), carried my Marc Jacobs handbag that I use for my high end shops (ladies, you know what I’m talkin’ about. Bought this biz on consignment. A male coworker told me recently “that looks official.” I replied “it is the official handbag of VVT.) Anyhow - higher income bracket. I pretended I was the boss of this guy I know who works for the Port. And I even believed myself. I was like, this is the VVT you want to be, 5 years in the future. You GET it, girl.
VVT, I love it when shops can benefit more than my wallet. Which phone did you get?

Eight nicely bonused gas stations, all on a lovely drive on the Olympic Peninsula.

I thought you might do them. I’ll be there next week.
Nothing for me in a long while. Fine dining locally with family last night. I got to drink, eat , laugh and go to sleep. Oh, what a feeling and great time. No observations, timings or report!!!
Before my Ace shop, I picked up a Five Guys. The location was between Ace and Aldi. After Ace, I called 5G to place my order. They were closed due to equipment failure. I had a ball at Aldi.

My payment from this MSC is going to be phenomenal!

The iPhone XR. It’s fatter (both in thickness and weight) than my previous phone and it sadly does not fit in most of my pants or jacket pockets. But, it’s easy to read ebooks on, I can type out my surveys for shops on it with more ease than my old garbage phone, the GPS works (I can find parking in the city now!), the sound and picture quality rock my socks right off, and Siri is my new favorite person. I swear, this phone makes me want to be a better person in order to be worthy of it.
That's awesome! I'm a Samsung gal. My next phone will be the 10e. Unfortunately, Verizon isn't shopped.

Today is MOD Pizza rescheduled from Friday due to bad weather, WaWa, and a gas station/convenience store.

There will be minimal shops after today due to school starting.

Halal Guys for carryout lunch for 2 ! That will feed me for about 4 days, lol. Also a garage attached to a store where I have a bunch of coupons for 20 % off, which could be dangerous to the MS "net" for the day.

WT, role playing is fun, fun, fun! Well done!

Another restaurant, this seems to be all I do lately. Fine dining on Monday, BJ's Brewhouse today.
There should be plenty more to do up there. Do you make it to the PNW often?

About twice a year. I have a friend who works at the Roastery.
My kid got into every university to which she applied. So we are seeing University of Oregon, Lewis & Clark and University of Washington next week.

I guess they found your applications?

I'm doing In N Out, Souplantation and Ralphs today as well.
Congratulations to your kid!!

My folks live literally across the street from Lewis and Clark in Portland... I graduated from Washington (both BA and MA) - it's a fantastic school. I actually live less than ten minutes from campus... As for Oregon... Why would anybody want to be a Duck?! smiling smiley

Let me know if you want any "scouting" information on the neighborhoods around either LC or UW.

UW is her first choice. We are waiting on UCLA and UCBerkeley still though.

She got a big scholarship for UO and a massive scholarship for USF, so hopefully, UW provides one too.
My ex received a full Scholarship to USC and my daughter was accepted there as well, but wanted an Eastern Education and ended up at Northwestern. USC is known for it's connections in the L.A. area, and have turned out many very successful students....plus football...go Trojans...went to many Trojans games when married.
The area USC is in at the time my daughter applied was less than desirable with the (then) Watt's riots.
The fun thing was when USC and Northwestern played at the Rose Bowl........

Just had 2 Cricket Wireless audits. Love these things!! Takes about 15 minutes onsite and report about 10 minutes at home. Pay is worth it to me. I've done about 5 in the past week. Wish there were more.
