The gas station shop I did was through Observa. They usually take me an hour to do. I arrived at the site with 30 minutes to complete the shop. I rushed through it and did the submittal. I corrected the errors while on site. I get home and I was paid for the shop. I love that company!

Wonder if that’s the new norm for these shops. Like all their shops it might get easier over time as we get used to the new report. Also sorry to see pay go down though. However I do these mostly for the groceries so having the reimbursement amount go up makes them still a possibility with me.

I did one they haven't had before, and prices were high...your also only allowed to buy 4 to 6 items, not all you need, so, since I bought more, waiting to see if report is accepted. The store I did, you can hardly get food with 6 items for 12.00. Not a fan, and won't do more as I will always go over, 12$ not much money for groceries these days, my almond milk is now over 3$ and the report is confusing and timely...all for four dollars, come on now.@kenasch wrote:

I looked at the instructions again and had to laugh at the requirement to buy a minimum of 4 items and no more than 6 items so as to appear as a normal shopper. Most shoppers I see are buying more than six items. That’s too much planning for me so I guess I’ll pass on these for now. I hope yours gets approved.
Just got an email, I will not be paid due to my buying more than the six items allowed...I would never have shopped this store on my own, prices higher than their usual stores....beware...that's a lot of work four to six items and a 4.00 fee.

I get $24 for the small grocery shops that I do in Mass. Easy, Easy report. I would never do any shop for $4.
Today I'm just doing some reports with my coffee and Pop Overs I made, raining, Patriots game at 4PM if it's not raining hard, very relaxed. I usually walk 4 miles on the ocean every Sunday.

Sorry to hear that. Thanks for the heads up though. Again six item limit seems so arbitrary and unreasonable. .
Irish pub tonight. My Irish husband is happy about this.
Grrr.... street closures for Mega-marathon, plus localized flash flooding (more road closures) means I cannot reach any of my shop destinations today. End-of-month craziness looms!

Today was a gas station. I had 15% charge on my phone when I got there. I was able to get all of the pictures I needed.

@niner Jealous, I used to do an Irish Pub at the Trop in Atlantic City about a decade ago with my mother and now it's only listed as a late night shop and you need to be much younger than me LOL. I'd love to do a traditional pub on a shop, but now I resign myself to the $5 lunch special at THE Irish Pub in AC now

I have done half a dozen Tumi shops in the past few months and I love their bags, especially the carry ons with all the bells and whistles. I can't imagine having the money to buy one of those bags, much less actually spending the money on it. But I sure as heck love pretending like I'm gonna buy one.

Another hotel valet video that could not be reached on Sunday, plus a regular garage shop 2 blocks from a favorite hot dog palace. (It is shopped, but I HATE the shop guidelines. The hot dogs are so good that I eat there on my own $$$).
