Raising objections

I do not really like to raise an objection, but I accepted to shop Kolache Factory again and will need to object. They suggest I object about the wait time which will work if they are busy or moving slowly. Another objection is to be unhappy with the food, most likely I would try to say they heated it too hot or not warm enough. Another suggested scenario is to request an item that appears to be out of stock. Anybody else can suggest how to raise an objection?

Hmm... kolaches can be overdone or underdone, you could say yours is overdone and see if they offer you a different one. I've never done this shop, would love a Kolache shop!

I always look quickly at the trays for one of kolaches to be not stocked....they are always out of some kind of kolache on the shelf. I make my objection then, when I am ordering, by saying "Oh, I wanted Sausage and Egg, but I see you are out...." They either say "Oh, sorry, we're don't have any more" or "Yes, I'm sorry, we're making more, I''ll go in back and get them as soon as I finish taking your order and I can bring it out to you." Then they offer me a free drink. Since I'm required to have a drink anyway, getting it free means the reimbursement covers an extra kolache for me. I've been doing this for several years and it never fails. The only difference each month is whether they will offer me the free drink or not. If they don't, it just means I pay for my drink. I tried out a couple of other objections in the beginning, but this is definitely the easiest and least confrontational.

These kolaches are the best I've ever had and are consistently good. I wouldn't recommend over- or under-done. If I were going to complain about the kolache, I would stick with heated too long or not hot enough (they microwave it after you order it).

I wish these were in the South, this Polish girl would kill for a good one, shop or not!!

I had to look it up and now I want one. Too bad the closest Factory is too far to drive.

My kolache from these places are always spotty with hot and cold in different parts. But my objection was always about one which was out of stock. They usually would say it would take 30 minutes which I obviously wasn't going to wait for. Never got a free drink. I still get the emails from the scheduler but live many hours away from these. Never knew what one was before moving here - reminds me of a bagel dog but with other filings instead of a hot dog. I could live without them to be honest.

Nope...I just finished looking it up as well!! Had never even seen the word before. They sound tasty!

The only Kolache Factory in my area is halfway across the metropolitan area. It's too far to drive for a stand-alone shop, and I have trouble finding other shops nearby to make it worth my while.

No, I do not have any idea what a kolache is either. I thought at first it was the name of a chain of stores that needed to be shopped.

No, GA/FL. I have tried Kolache Factory in TX once and they are ok. Inconsistant experience at several stores visted, not for a shop though.
