edawn,
The drivers have been very cooperative. 95% of the managers have been very cooperative and understand that we are both on the same team. I've had 2 managers give me the runaround, and I just moved on and chose another location to audit. I figured that by the time I got around to those locations again, there will be a new manager anyway. I think it is key that you talk to the managers a day or two before the audit (and don't use that word; it scares them) and explain exactly what you will be doing.
Some on this forum may be overthinking this job. Really the worst part is the cold and the getting up early. Some deliveries will be a breeze and go perfectly; some will likely take longer and have issues. That's why we have jobs; to report issues.
I'm not sure if See Level is looking for shoppers to do one-time jobs, or if they are looking for shoppers who will commit to several audits over a period of time for specific delivery distribution centers. I'm pretty sure this is a nationwide (or nearly so) chain.
