RESOLVED: Technical Assistance Needed -- Sassie Report....

I'm in the middle of a report on the Sassie platform and received this error when I attempt to access the report to finish it::

Fatal error: Call to a member function hasNext() on a non-object in /home/surfmer/sassiecore_a/sassiehelpers/common/avprep.class.php on line 770

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to access the report to find/clear the error?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I logged out and logged back in...same error. Everything was humming along smoothly until I suspect that I entered a character in a narrative box that Sassie does not like. Unfortunately, I cannot get back into the report to search out and remove any offending characters/symbols.

That seems more like a server side issue than a client side issue.
For the non-techie......it' sounds more like a problem in the design of the web form or a database error and less like a problem in the local PC or browser.

Figures, I'm 90 percent done with a narrative heavy report on a friday night before a holiday weekend...what are the chances I'll get an answer to my "contact" email the OP muses rhetorically...lol!

Inexplicably, I am back in and finishing up the report after a brief delay. Thanks for all your suggestions! It looks like the proverbial 'ghost in the machine' has changed pastures....

Yeah, after my recent Sassie reports submitting when I hit Save, and definitely not Submit, and now this, I think there might be some Sassie sassiness going on. I asked about this in the Company discussion, re: Consumer Insight, if you want to check that out.
Just always be sure to SAVE your work after each narrative. Notify scheduler with your problem and they can send the report back to you. I just had a problem submitting a report, the upload of my receipt would not go through. Thank goodness I SAVED, SAVED, SAVED, other wise it would have wiped out my report.
I saved, saved, saved -- did not submit. But the system submitted it each time. sad smiley It was a nightmare, and because they had to email me because of the glitch, my scores went down to 8s. The assignments didn't even pay much, but it was a fun gig to try.
