The three Smashburger locations near my home, business or regular travel have all closed. One location remains locally, not too far away but not convenient enough for a reimbursement only scenario.

Seeing as the one near me is only a 25-minute walk I'm happy to do it for reimbursement.

When I moved back to my area, the one nearby went wayyyyyyyy downhill. The place was very dirty, several menu items were unavailable because they "forgot to order them." I completed a shop for the old MSC and received a call about a simple clarification Smashbuger had. I asked to please pass on just how much the location changed in the few years I left. They are closed now. I didn't want to visit again after the last MSC had them. It was sad because they place used to be amazing!

That wouldn't be a loss for me. There's still one in town and I tried it when it changed MSCs and I was very unimpressed. That was my first and last visit to Smashburger. I didn't find mystery shopping it to be worth it, and I wouldn't go there on my own dime. There are too many really great burger places I'd go instead.

Ours closed last year. I thought it was pretty good

All over in Colorado... but they are from Colorado. Smashburger is easily my favorite chain for burgers.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!

They have the worst veggie burgers and their fries are gross.

Did one and was not impressed. Wouldn't do another for reimbursement only or even for a low fee.

I've shopped one location more than once and I would not return.

All of the ones in my area closed back in April. I liked the burgers and the fries were good.

They opened one not far from me probably about a year ago. I haven't tried them though.

What's done is done. An egg cracked cannot be cured.
