How Would You Respond

This wasn't a shop but fits into honny's topic and may answer her question. I shop a popular restaurant, have eaten there long before shopping and am on my wait. I go there for lunch on my own dime, and service is awful, got wrong order, Murphy's law, whatever could go wrong did go wrong. I am on their rewards program, and decided to write and tell my story. This happened a month ago. I just receive a letter from Corperate telling me having every letter is important and apologize for my experience. I was asked to be patience as they are looking into this I sent the food back, and finally after much ado, got what I ordered. They tell me they want to know, and sending a horrible meal back is what customers should do. Personally, I have not seen instructions on this,
if it doesn't say not to send food back, send it back, it's your money, you should enjoy your meal and get reimbursed. Every meal will not be a great one, that' why we have our jobs.
