$2000 to buy a used car

Did anyone else get the email looking for someone who is in the market to purchase a used car? You will be reimbursed up to $2000 to document the process and so on. If this is a scam, they are getting more and more sophisticated as it came from a reputable company and scheduler who usually emails me.

Have you contacted the scheduler or company directly? You're right, if it is a scam it's a new twist.

But did the scheduler email you from another email address other than the regular one she uses? Did you try to call them?
I am not in the market of buying a car right now so I can easily ignore it. But I guess I should reach out and at least let them know in case it really is a scam using that company's name.
I did a car purchase for intellishop once. I got the money back when I returned the car during the trial period. Got a nice shop fee too.
It would be nice for you to reach out directly to the scheduler and company. If it is a new scam, the community should know because eventually someone will come here asking.

Okay so do you have to return the car, or is the fee just paid and you decide at the end?
If you get to keep the car you can sell it. If it's even a real job. Please do let us know.

In my case, it required the return and I got the shop fee. Not sure about OPs.
