Scheduler MIA for a week

I have an assignment due today that I can't complete. I've been trying to clarify an issue since last Monday and have not been able to get in touch with my scheduler via email or phone. Any suggestions?

Not enough information. It depends on the company. Is there a phone number for the company besides the scheduler's phone number? Is there an emergency number or email? If you give a little more information, like the company name, others may be able to help you.
Intellishop, the phone number I have just lists scheduler's extensions. I didn't think it would be appropriate to dial random scheduler's extensions to find out what's going on.
I agree that it would be inappropriate to call other numbers if it had been only 24 hours or 2 days, or over the weekend, since you left messages for a scheduler and did not hear back. HOWEVER, if it has now been an ENTIRE WEEK that you have been trying to reach the scheduler with no return call or email, and you have an issue, it's time to escalate the contact. Maybe the scheduler is on vacation, has had an accident, or has quit. Ron Welty, the Owner and Chief Client Officer, lists himself as the contact for issues on MSPA's site in the Independent Contractor area. Ron's number is 419/872-5103.
Intellishop schedulers are notorious for beimg hard to reach even though their shopper advocate vowed and declared they respond to every email within 24 hours.

I've never had an issue finding a different scheduler, CC'ing the original scheduler, and stating that 'just in case so-&-so is out of the office, would you be able to address or forward to the appropriate person?' even when it came to IntelliShop.

My email response rate is approximately 50%. It's why I no longer work for them. I only keep my account active because they sometimes have video shops I like.
