I picked up a few Overdraft shops recently and have met up with some crazy responses. I give the general scenario of having problems overdrawing my account at my bank asking how their bank deals with the issues. One banker aggressively drilled me on what exactly happened at my current bank including how much money I have, the amount of the checks and who they were written to. Another banker spent most of the time lecturing me on being more responsible and better managing my finances, speaking to me as if I were a teenager.
