So, I signed up for a shop that is supposed to be done on 8/16. It's a lower paying shop at $20, but it's 0.3 miles from work and will take all of 10 minutes total. I snag it up. Well, I drive by today and their hours have changed. They are now closed on Sundays and Wednesdays. I call and ask about dates being changed with the MSC but the scheduler isn't available so I leave a message. The scheduler doesn't call me back but instead sends an email message:
"Meghan,
Unfortunately, 8/16 is the only date available to perform this shop. There is a hard completion date of 8/16. There are no reschedule dates available. It is unable to be rescheduled to 8/15 or 8/17 as you have requested." And at the bottom it says reschedules and cancels will reflect on my shop report.
Hmmmm So... do I just stop on by and take a photo of the closed building tomorrow since it says they will pay half fee if the business is closed? Same company told me last time when I warned that a business was entirely closed to please stop by and take photographic proof for my shop report and submit. Meh?
