Pet Shop Audits

I was scheduled for one of these.... Has anyone done any .... I was told to download the missions app and than enter information in there.... 300 items... They say will take 3 hours.... Does anyone know if that's accurate?

I just did one this weekend and since it was close to home broke it up over two days. Total was probably about 2.5 hours.
I just did a 350 item job which was really 416 at a grocery store. 3/4 of the items had a regular price, a loyalty price, and an expiration date that needed to be entered. It took 9.5 hours broken into three visits. That said, I don't foresee you having nearly so hard a time at a pet store (unless they have a lot loyalty prices or special promo prices).

What I learned is to really go through your missions when you are finally allowed access (like the day before). Go through the lists and see how they have them categorized. I lost a lot of time because while some items were grouped (you could stay in one aisle or close) but then at the end of the mission would be the "Uncategorized" items which had me running from bread to baby food (again!) and back to frozen food - all for only one or two items each.

Use the skip function to scroll through to prevent leaving one area to go elsewhere to then have to return to where you just were,

Be sure to have a fully charged battery if you think your phone can't handle at least 3 solid hours of work. Also be prepared to see "Uh oh! That price is outside of our range. Can you check again?" Sometimes it's because you mistyped something , or it's the wrong item (check SKU number)which is a good thing, but sometimes you typed what's there and it doesn't like it. Sometimes you must take a photo.

Good luck and I'd love to hear how it goes.

For how many items?
When I do the 300 item one, I'm in the store about 90 minutes because they don't carry many of the brands and have a very small pet department. When I did the 1000+ audit I was in the store less than four hours.
I don't know about the pet store one but the grocery one which was advertised at 350 items and was actually 400 items took me 7 hours in store over two visits. ask for big bucks on these.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I did the pet store one, it is a lot of bending and going from one department to another. Many of the prices have loyalty pricing which is an extra step and sometimes photo. The job was separated into 5-6 missions and it is all over the store and back and does not take 3 hours. Plan on double that time and you may just have it. They added a new step to say why something isn't there, when I asked if there was an increase in pay for this I never got an answer.
