MF Burger Shop - Online order - question

I've done a ton of in person shops, but had my first 'order online' shop and I'm perplexed.

The receipt - should I just be sending a screen shot of my confirmation email or was the store supposed to hand me a paper copy?

Store # - I know it from previous shops, but it's not listed in my email confirmation. Should I entered it on the form since I know it already or just leave it off?

The order # vs transaction # - since my order online had only an order #, should I entered this in both locations?

Any others who have done the app shops and could offer advise, it's highly appreciated.

I never received a paper copy. Take a screenshot and make sure has the itemized copy. They want to see everything you ordered, the prices and the tip amount you entered.

Also, take a photo of everything exactly as you received it in one photo, then take a second photo of the burger/sandwich outside of the wrapper.

I don't remember about the order/transaction number but enter what you can and I'd leave the other one blank unless the screen doesn't allow you to move forward.
I've always submitted a screen shot of the order confirmation and it was always accepted. As for the other items, I believe I just wrote "online order" in the required fields. It's been a while since I've done one of these though. You can't enter what you don't know.

I've done a few of these online order shops and each time, the cashier has printed a normal receipt for me when I check-in. The cashier announces that "Whoever" has arrived and the kitchen staff begins assembling the order (or is supposed to at least). I just take a picture of the receipt as usual. For the order number, I just input the name I used for the online order (or whatever is printed on the receipt where the order number normally goes.

In my experience, the cashier always prints the receipt, but if they don't, you can ask one time for the receipt and that should take care of it for you.

Oh, wait. Maybe I misunderstood the post. Is this for online pick up order or the online delivery orders?

I've done both and when I've pick up after ordering online, I've received a paper receipt. However, with the online delivery order, I did not receive a paper receipt.
The red/white burger shops in my area don't deliver...although that would be awesome.

This was just order online through the app or website. Then go into the location to pick it up
If I'm not mistaken, guidelines state to ask once for the receipt - whether in person, phone, or online. There's a question on the report asking if you got a receipt. If you didn't get one, answer no. Presumably that would prompt a flag and an explanation.
Use the receipt on the bag if they did not provide an itemized receipt when you asked for it, as the guidelines instruct. Apparently the newer registers do not generate itemized receipts for web orders.

The report says "if you have the order #...." etc, to enter it. Otherwise, leave it blank.

I work 1 day a week at a busy restaurant and our online system does not allow for us to print out the itemized order nor does the wait staff ever get the online tip. The system is not integrated into to our POS. From now on I will tip in cash when I pick up my order for any online orders.

How can you tip based on service BEFORE receiving the service anyways? Plus, I'm waiting for the chance to question where our tip money is going.
people don't really tip based on service anyone, the amount of tip sure, but the tip itself? It seems all you have to do is show up to work to earn a tip.
It seems like everyone expects a tip also. I don't get tips and I serve, maybe not food. I want tips!

Spit in one hand and expect a tip in the other if all you have done is show up for work. Guess which gets filled faster.
