Email blocked on IPSOS

Somehow I must have clicked and on an email from IPSOS and reported it as SPAM. So, I no longer get any email in my regular or junk folder. The notifications setting in Shopmetrics were turned off and the system will not let me turn them back on. I even tried changing my email address. Any ideas on how to fix my settings and get IPSOS to start sending me emails again? It is not an email problem at this point, it is in the settings for IPSOS.

You could send one of the schedulers and email asking for help to get that straightened out. Most of the time they will help.
I'm having the EXACT same problem with Coyle, except that I am positive I didn't mark anything as spam because I have never marked an email as spam in my entire life.
Which email provider do you use? Each has a way to add emails and email domains (the part that comes after @; e.g. @shoppersview.com or @sassie.com) to a safe sender list (sometimes called a "white list" ). If you Google your email provider and "how to add email to safe sender list" you should be able to find some instructions on how to dos so. For example, here is an article with instructions for Gmail: [www.lifewire.com].

I use AOL. But I don't think IPSOS is sending me the emails now because the notifications are turned off. Doesn't matter if I mark them as safe. I can't find a number to call and only emails I have are third party schedulers.
Who is your scheduler? I have the numbers to two of them from when they text me. Anyone else have summit numbers?

Looks like Cindy is the last one that assigned me a shop.
I don't have Cindy's. I have Angela's. I'll PM it to you. I suggest you text her asking for Cindy's but however you want to handle it. I think they schedule from home, that's why I'm saying that part.
