Platforms: love-hate-compare

Does anyone know enough about any platform to explain in detail why you love it, hate it, or can compare it with Sassie? I would like to see discussion of new Sassie, Shopmetrics, Apollo, Virtu-something, Prophet, and/or any other platforms that exist today. I am asking this because of the strong reaction to the Sassie changes.

If you have ideas for additional changes, please know that there are at least two active threads regarding the recent Sassie changes and potential or suggested changes for other platforms.

What say all of you who have experience with one or more platforms? What should old-timers and newbies look out for, look forward to, or simply do, with the available platforms? If you can include your information about moblie/apps, that would be excellent, too. TIA! smiling smiley

Not sure if it's Prophet or the MSC, but not being able to change my POV to the upright position on Prophet gets on a nerve.

I've been pitching a fit about Sassie. I will get over it. I will adapt. But if the new format is supposed to be mobile friendly, then why no matter how I orientate my phone or iPad, does the POV picture always come out wonky? I still have to fire up the laptop, if for no other reason than to fix the picture.

I can't offer an opinion for other platforms because I don't use them enough to give an honest critique.

My Android phone doesn't rotate at all since I dropped in the tub. Pretty minor damage that I can deal with.

If there is a difference between submitting from my phone while out, and having to submit from the computer at home, I would probably just submit without fixing it. Thankfully, this doesn't happen very often, and the one that it does happen more often I couldn't fix even if I tried (Field Agent, which makes you take the picture in the app, then doesn't save it at all).
