Using a Credit card pay app

I see there are lots of fast food establishments that are using a Chase App to pay. but I am at a loss to figure out how to do it. Do you order in line and put in the Credit number or go to the establishment and pay with the app? I have the chase app downloaded but do not see anywhere which version it is.
I guess I could call the MS company to see what I am supposed to do. I really feel stupid.

The Chase Pay App is tied into your Chase Credit Card(s). Once logged in, it is easy to figure out.

Personally, I prefer using Android or Samsung Pay. They are more seemless and support many credit cards.

There are ways to tie gift and other cards into the pay apps. There are also benfits that are app specific.

The answer to your question is Yes. Some are pay and order ahead, some are pay at the store.
I used my Samsung Pay app for the first time over the weekend. I loved it. Now, I just have to make it a habit.

Oh, I just realized that paypal sent me a card with a chip so now I can finally sign up for the samsung pay app and get some of those assignments!
My first Chase app was a bust. The app would not connect to she restaurant in spite of repeated attempts. I reported as such with numerous screen shots showing the error message I hope I get paid the shop fee.

Well, ada, the results you got is part of what they are trying to find out so you should get paid! Crossing fingers.
I had 1 not go through, a second was not even on the app, and the third went through with no problems
I have had good experiences with the individual store apps, to pay using my phone. I use it at Sam's Club all the time now and I have used apps at a few restaurants. The way they work, you pay through the individual store app, and they just scan a barcode that comes up on your phone, after you pay.
