burger joint

I signed up to do market force burger shop. It was a call in order. They wont do call in orders, but I called and then went on line and did report as far as I could explaining could not do call in order. The employee said order on line. Now report wont go through. I emailed them last time about this issue and they dinged me for my mistake. What do you do in this situation. I cant do report any further, because I didn't eat there. Instructions say, "If you cant call in, don't go to restaurant."

The last line of your report says it all. DON'T GO! I had a call in shop. I call the place and they said they were not taking call in orders that day. I would have to come in. I did not. I filled out the report and explained why I could not do the visit. I got paid and had no crap to deal with.
If you answer the report properly, you can complete it. Did you follow the guidelines and fill out the report as directed?

With the burger shop- you can not substitute another way to do the shop because the way you were directed is not available- just don't do the shop. (that is the burger shop anyway.) However MF has a different FF shop that DOES allow you do the dine-in if the drive through is not available. Each shop is different on what they allow.
Adore, it looks like you did a different shop (online) than was required. They won't pay you for that. Had you reported just the unavailability of the call in shop, you would have been paid the $3 fee.
