There is now a disclaimer (per my husband) to the affect that they do or can reveal you. At least on this one shop. Don't think that is proper. Who will now write an honest report if someone can be harassed by their so called client? So why are we called mystery or secret shoppers. I will not buy anything from this organization because of this General Manager.

I haven't been called out, but usually, when the employees begin acting like weenies, I get the feeling they're suspecting that they're getting shopped. Pretty entertaining thing to see, if you know what I'm talking about.
