Prophet “decline this visit”

If I click “decline this visit” on a bunch of shops that are available to me that I don’t want just to get them off the board so they’re not cluttering it up, are there any negative affects to doing that?
A while ago I was doing that a lot with one MSC and all of a sudden I stopped seeing new shops show up.
I eventually called and was told “oh that happens sometimes” and she reset my board or something. She didn’t blame it on my declining a ton of available shops though.
Thoughts?

Just wondering why you just "decline the visit". I just skip over the visit. I would think that declining the visit would show up on your records.

Yeah I would not bother declining the shops. There aren't that many to scroll through really, are there?

I haven't done it in a long time but was just wondering about it. There was a time with one particular MSC that there were a ton to scroll through and only a few new ones now and then. I went in to clear out the board so I could easily see when new stuff came up.

I wouldn't decline just skip them...it may mean you never want to do those jobs.

I've never had it cause any problems. When the board is filled there is no way to sort them. It is easier to just get rid of anything I've no interest in to focus on the ones I want.

Yeah that’s what I was trying to do. Then it stopped showing me the new stuff until I called to reset it

Hmmmm.

Market Force has that option and then you choose if you just don't want that job or that client (and I think there was another option). I haven't done it yet because I was concerned it wouldn't work right. I'd check to see if there was a FAQ or contact that company to find out what it really means before doing so.

I "permanently" declined shops for a FF restaurant with MF. The other FF clients continued to show on my board. The statement during the declining process also made it clear because it was my decision, I could reverse it at any time by contacting the Help Desk.
