GoSpotChceck App question

I am hoping that someone on the forum an help me with the GoSpotCheck App used for at least one MSC. I am unable to send (upload) reports to the app. I have been in contact with them and they can't seem to find out why I am having this issue. I hope that maybe one of you awesome people may have experienced this issue and have a solution. I have done all the usual fixes like uninstall and reinstall, restart the phone etc.
Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated!

not sure what ui mean by send reports to app. u r supposed to upload the reports from the app on site.
I do not know what you mean and I do not know what your current mission is. However, here is one thing to consider. How many questions have you answered so far and/or how many questions are there in a section of the survey? Early in some surveys, you must start the mission, capture an image, and answer questions about interacting with staff before "submit" will accept that amount of information. Later in some surveys, there may be batches of questions. For example, if you are taking inventory of specific items, you must complete the inventory for all items before you can submit information for that section. Even though you can see "submit", you might have to wait and answer questions before the submit is active. Scroll up and down the page until all required information is present. Then, attempt to submit. Fortunately, others might have experiences and other ideas about submitting information. smiling smiley

Make sure the app has permission to access the camera, location, etc on your phone. You can find that in the app permissions settings on your phone.
Done a couple of presto mobiles the other day. Pay wasn't great only $5 but I was driving by anyway. Get to the first one and they are rebuilding the building. Took Pix anyway and just got paid. Sweet.

Both the MSC and gospotcheck support. It is really strange, everyone is stumped. I thought maybe one of the awesome people on this forum may have had the same issue and was able to solve it. Sigh

When I've done mine in GoSpotCheck, there is an indicator telling me how many of the required questions I've answered it says something like:

2 required 1 Optional

Before I click start mission.

After hitting start mission it states:

0/2 required 0/1 optional

Once I click site verified that number increases to 0/4 required.

When you are trying to submit your report, are you seeing 4/4 required (for my example) or 3/4 which would mean you are missing a question.

Also, do you have a data plan or wi-fi when you are trying to submit the report?

Just some ideas.
I had a issue in the Spring, they had me uninstall and re-install the program and that fixed my problem. and unfroze the issues.
