Chase Pay App Shop

So I picked up a couple of the Chase Pay App shops where you have to have a Chase CC to do the shops. I downloaded the app today to mess around with it a bit to make sure I understood how to use it when I do my shop later this week. The guidelines have a certain merchant where I am supposed to place an order and make a purchase using the app. I went to the merchants in my area list on the app, and this particular business did not come up on the list. It's really weird because other businesses between 1-30 miles away all popped up, but none of the locations for this particular business, of which there are at least 15 locations in a 30 mile radius, populated in the list. Matter of fact, there is a location about 4 miles from my house. Anyone else doing some of these shops this coming week?

I actually did two of these Chase Pay App shops
a couple of weeks ago for another MSC.
I signed up for four shops but was only able to complete only two, the other two places I kept getting error messages of "Unable to connect to merchant." even though I was sitting in the parking lot right adjacent to the restaurant.
This week I signed up for one and am having the same problem you are having, the merchant is not even listed on my Chase Pay App, plus the location address listed on my assignment is wrong because when I googled it, it did not even appear, so I've emailed my scheduler and am awaitng her response.

Yeah, I emailed mine this morning. Crickets. It is a holiday and she might not know the answer, and we know the MSC won't be in until Tuesday. Which is when I wanted to do my first shop. I didn't even think to google the location address on my two shops. Thanks for the heads up on that. I had thought about contacting Chase and then thought better of it, wait until we hear back from the MSC on what to do.

So I got an email back from the scheduler asking, "Is the location you are assigned to shop on the list?"

Now why would I email her telling her that not one single location of this chain is showing up on the list if the location I was assigned was on it? If the location I was assigned to shop was on the list, I would not be emailing her at all!!! Sigh.

I think that is what they are trying to find out. I have two this week and if I have to use the app for the company I will do so and report the problem to the MS company.

10 foot pole for me, at least for now.

When the merchant did not come up on the list at first I put in my zip code again and refreshed and then the merchant did appear. Not to say the shop will complete but you do get paid if you are not able to connect with the merchant. Just no reimbursement.

For the merchant in my area, we can order in the store then pay with the app. My first one will be the 11th. The purposr is to test the QR code. Tons of them still on the board.

For the merchant in my area, we are supposed to order using the Chase app. I can't do it if the merchant doesn't show up on the list. My scheduler told me to call the MSC. I asked to have the shops removed. Too much of a hassle for so little pay and I really don't like the place that much anyway.

did one today and it was easy peasy!! and I got an expensive cup of coffee.

My scheduler responded by canceling my shop with no explanation for the incorrectly listed location.

My app is still not working properly. I asked her to have the shops removed last night, but she hasn't done so still and hasn't returned my emails.

Banks are fun.i enjoy them.

Hi joyful, I like bank shops, but these aren't bank shops. I would probably like these shops just fine if the app worked properly. Still no response from the scheduler and the shops are still showing as assigned to me. Sigh.

All the shops in my area are gone.

There are multiple scenarios at different merchants. The main MSC is also using a scheduling company to get the shops filled. For the merchant I am testing, only a personal credit card linked to the app (Chase App and Chase card) are necessary.

I'm having trouble completing this shop because I do not have/can't find a "security code" to access the debriefing. I have never accepted an assignment wth the MSC in which this shop is for, but I have worked with the one who assigned it to me.

I used my landline and had to do it several times. Finally I waited with silence for a while and I got a 6 digit code.

You have to print the Evaluation form, when it opens for printing the code is filled in.

I didn't realize that there was an MS that did hire us older individuals. I'd love to know them. I hate the ones that won't let me do the college ones because I am too old. Don't they realize that some of us have time and money to take classes at older ages. I didn't get my first degree until I was fifty. Now I want to take the art classes and am actually going through the process at our local college but they won't let me do the $60 shop because I am over 21 and my kids are in their late thirties so they can't quite pass as high schoolers. The grands are just getting through pre-k so not quite ready for this shop yet!
