I did a sandwich shop with prizes and realized I shopped the wrong location! I will probably be the first ever mystery shopper to get fired. Ugghh

Shelbee, were those cash prizes, cards, or certificates that you awarded? That stinks, so sorry that happened to you.

They were Visa gift cards. I expect that I will need to pay the MSC for those and I understand that. I just hope they don't let me go. I have done a lot of shops for them and love it!

Was it the wrong store # or the wrong address? Sometimes they relocate. It has happened to me before.

shellbee, if you are willing to pay the MSC for the Visa gift cards, I would think that they will highly respect that gesture and will not let you go. That's a huge gesture of good will and they would be crazy to not realize that.
Not many shoppers would do that. And maybe eyespy is right, hopefully they relocated?

You might get lucky and find out that location needs to be shopped too.

I did one of these for dinner when it was supposed to be lunch. Odd thing is all of the others I had for weekend were dinner and during the week were lunch. I think it was listed incorrectly. The scheduler changed it to a dinner shop instead. I have been getting around $30 for total shop payout for these and just get a few close to each other...I'm pretty happy wtih that..they have been fun!

Hi! Where was it? Contact the scheduler to see if the other location was shipped yet..they may be able to change it!

Shellbee - we have all made mistakes in this biz. I did one similar to you only the instructions said shop the drive-thruand I shopped inside, giving the award to and inside associate. I failed the shop, but I got a meal out of it. I was not blacklisted and even offered the opportunity to shop the same location a week later. As Jas said, your willingness to pay for the error speaks volumns about your credibility!

shellbee, I feel for you. I bet most people have shopped the wrong location at least once. I did and it was painful. Please let us know how this turns out.

I did that years ago at Del Taco. No joke. There were two on the same intersection. Still there. Four corners. Two Del Tacos.

Scheduled by KSS, Lorri herself. I don't remember how she fixed it, but she did. I remember telling her something about, "How could there be two on the same intersection?" I went back. There were two. Damn it. Things happen.

She told me to submit the shop and she will see what they say. I am also going to shop the correct location!
