Money transfer shop. Computer is down. Do I still get paid or have to go back?

I had a money transfer shop today. I got to the store and was told the (company name) system was down. The cashier said I could go across the street and do the transfer. I was told the system would not be up until after 3PM. I asked if it would be up at 3PM. I was told, they didn't know, just sometime after 3 PM.
Is my part of the shop done? Do I get paid? Would I be required to go back? The shop is local to me, but don't know if that matters.

I would contact your scheduler on how to proceed further. I have had similar situtations where I was paid-report accepted, half paid-report accepted, or paid an additional fee to return. It just depends on the assignment and MSC.

I sent in what I had of the report. I did everything for the report except make the transfer. I got a score of 10.
