I did my due diligence and listened to the 14-minute instructions, which finally gave me the code. Then I read the instructions, which were exactly the same, minus the code. I completed my 45-minute recorded call. Then I filled out the paper form in complete sentences, with at least two sentences in each answer, 19 pages total. Then I scanned the 19 pages and attached to the online form. Now I'm wading through the online form and it's EXACTLY the same information as the paper form.
I'd love to know if anyone here can come up with a solid reason why two exact forms? (or a reason why I took this @*($@!! project!?) Done venting - back to the online form I go.
