Ath Power "Intersection" identity-protection service evaulation Shops

I was assigned to an ath Power shop where I needed to sign up for 4 identity-protection services, note down all of the emails that came pertinent to that company, etc., cancel after 14 days. Fee was $75 plus upto $70 reimbursement for 1st month's fees for 2 of 4 companies that would charge me. The Shopper guidelines provided the URLs to the websites I needed to visit, so I didn't even bother going to the shop log.

After signing up for the first ID protection service (and paying $20), something made me go look at my shop log. Shop log says "No Evaluation Found". When I contacted the scheduler who sent the assignment email, he replied "You can still do the shop" with no other explanation. Three days later, my shop log still says "No Evaluation Found."

Has anyone else ever completed this shop for ath Power and been paid? I'm a little leery now that I won't get paid because it's not officially on my shop log. I don't want to sign up for any more services (and i was technically supposed to do so within 24 hours of being assigned.) Any insight from other shoppers would be great!

Ath is an outstanding company. They are reliable, pay well and treat folks right.

Keep contacting the scheduler. However, do not do anything with the shop until it the shop shows up in your log. I have not done that particular shop.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.

That type of shop is not worth it to me, to much follow-up and canceling might be a real pain.
It was a little bit of a pain but worth it to me. My scheduer was with me every step of the way, they really want you to succeed. My emails with questions were promptly addressed, as long as you can do the needed screenshots, I felt it was a worthwhile shop. I echo the advice to get with your scheduler.
Do you have the confirmation emails? How did you access the guidelines if it was not in your shop log?
Thanks for the advice. I have worked with this company the past, on the bank shops, never had an issue. That's why I was surprised at the one-lined response from the scheduler (I was even thinking hacked account or something.) I haven't contact him again, but I will do so. I still do not see the assignment in my log.

LuckyGirl, I was able to access the guidelines directly from the confirmation email (which contained the links to the websites I was supposed to sign up for), I didn't even have to go to the log. For $75 to take some screen shots (and put a reminder in my Outlook calendar to cancel the subscriptions after two weeks), totally worth it.
