Grocery shop MF, difference b/w $10 dollar and $11.5 shops?

Hi all,

I was thinking if someone can guide me through the difference b/w the two grocery stores which offer two types of reimbursements, $11.5 and $10.

I cant see them without accepting, and I dont want to accept before knowing!!
Thanks for helping out!
Edited: fixed the appropriate dollar amounts!

The 11.50 shops require an online order of a sub, flatbread or sandwich. The extra 1.50 doesn’t begin to cover the purchase, but if you like their sandwiches, it’s not a bad deal.
Mert, thanks a lot for responding.
Does that imply that the $10 shop also requires a sub or flatbread purchase??
No. The $10 shop usually requires a purchase of meat or cheese, sliced to order, from the Deli. There’s no minimum ordering requirement. I get just a couple of slices of meat or cheese, for $1 or so. The rest of the reimbursement can be spent on anything you want.
One more thing, if I may..

The questionnaire guidelines dont state to remeber any descriptions or names? is it same in online report?? Is it comp shop?
Shopping this week for the store.
sorry, its my first grocery for them, and I just dont wanna screw it.

I SURE understand your concerns! smiling smiley When I first did these, I was worried about all the departments. But now, it's a piece of cake. You don't have to remember descriptions or names. Going thru each department can take less than 2 minutes on most days...(except the deli)... lol...always a line and it's 50-50 % that you get attended to in 4 minutes or less....smiling smiley
Thanks Sunnydays2. Strange though no employee name and description ... grinning smiley
Less work for me hehe...
Thank you so much!
newbieshop, in case you missed it, you can view the actual questionnaire before the shop. It is included with the guidelines.

Not sure what you mean by "comp shop"?
Thanks Mert, I saw the questionnaire with the guidelines and I was baffled that no descriptions are needed nor names.
Comp shop meaning competitor shop, but it doesnt look like one now.
This MSC used to do comp grocery shops for the first few months of each new year. It may be just a quarterly comparison thing. I hope they come back again this upcoming new quarter of 2018. The easiest comp shops were when they had them in the Big Super Centers that began opening up Neighborhood Market smaller stores. Those were easy-peasy!

Thanks guysmom!

I don't know where you live, but if you like grocery mystery shopping, check Confero, and The Source (AKA Trendsource), and even Second To None. I know there are others, but can't recall at the moment. Good luck!
Thanks Guysmom, I am signed up with them, but only The Source has groceries in my area. And MF smiling smiley
