In Walmart, it's on the receipt. However, if you ask an employee what the manager's last name is they have an absolute fit like you asked them to give you their extra kidney. "We don't give our last names", they say with fire and fury in their eyes. I like to ask them, let them go through the necessary emotions and them tell them to never mind because it's printed right on the receipt so I have something to laugh about for a half-day.
