Due to a severe winter storm with icy roads, poor visibility, and dangerous road conditions, I emailed my Intelli-shop rep thru the assignment board late last night. No response. So I emailed her again thru the CONTACT SCHEDULER tab on the assignment. Again no response. So basically, what do I do now? If it goes unfilled won't that harm me? There is no phone# that I can find. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Intellishop schedulers usually work out of their office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Unless one is checking their email over the weekend, you will have to wait until tomorrow for a response or call them. I think they are located in northwestern Ohio so keep in mind adverse weather could be impacting them.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. It's no secret that the weather is beyond bad in many parts of this country and nobody expects a mystery shopper to risk life and limb for $10. You've done your due diligence by contacting the scheduler. I am guessing that s/he has about 300 other folks who have contacted him/her with the same issue, so be patient.
Now, if the shop had a bonus....
