Is anyone have this issue with Sassie?

How strange! It seems to be the case for every shopper I check on. I'll submit a ticket and see what is going on.

Oh, and not only in the middle of an ocean, but one that's not even close to the US, LOL.
I was on one of my long routes today and had told the scheduler I would text if I could fit the additional 4 shops; she really wanted done.
First text gave her an approximate ETA. Had to hang around in the town, so I tried to put the apps in, no go.
Text her again, telling her I couldn't bring up the shops on the job board. I blamed it on my hotspot with the phone.
Thankfully, she's on the ball. She called her backup to get the shops assigned. She knew I was going to do them anyways, so it wasn't a huge worry.
Saying I was miffed, would be an understatement. I was nail biting as it was, because everything today was hurry up and wait, plus the weather/traffic was a misery.
Texting makes me crazy. Glad it worked on time today.

Mine is in Africa for the job board.
Mine is in the South Atlantic in between South America and Africa, but definitely closer to the African Coast. I'm feeling a little adrift here. 
Sorry for the late response on this. I had an exciting weekend in the hospital due to gallbladder issues! Here was the response we received from SASSIE: "On Thursday January 18th as part of a regular code update an issue was introduced that caused the Job Board map to not show the user's location or the location of available shops as pins on the map for some users. We have identified and corrected the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience."
