Help--income tax shop - how to answer prequalifier question

Do they want a yes or no answer for this question???? Our refund is typically around that amount. Will answering one way or another exclude me from the shop?

Do you anticipate your FEDERAL refund (either single or married filing jointly) to be equal to or greater than $1,500.

I believe these shops require a refund of $1500+ or the shop gets excluded and you don’t get reimbursed the cost you pay up front to file your taxes. So it’s really in your best interest to answer honestly.

OK, i did say under 1500 and was disqualified figuring some of my normal refund will go towards MS taxes. Thanks.
