Rent a Center phone shops

There are 20+ rent a center phone shops that are at a $10 fee. Has anyone done these shops before and how long do these take to do?

The one I've done - you have to first submit a web inquiry and then an employee will typically call you. I did one and was never called - easy money haha. For most though - about 5 minute online (not even), 5 minutes on phone with employee, and maybe 10 minutes (not even) for the survey. You just have to have your phone on you in case they call.

I have done about 10. Easy money if it's not a site visit. The ones I did were all phone shops and some good nice scheduler had the good sense to put each shop for $14 (yes, phone shop!) in December and the visits were $8 each.

The phone variety were at 25 prior to the holidays. I did one. Pretty easy. I can't remember if screen shots were required. Provide a number that allows you to later block, they called for weeks after.

I saw these in my area, but they weren't paying that much. I did a couple on-site ones at hefty bonuses, and sure would have done a phone shop or two at $10 or more! I think my area is a market in which some MSCs don't pay as well for some jobs....

I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

I just did two of these. One paid $5 and the other $8. I know not particularly lucrative, but they take like no time, and I've done too many of the actual visits that I'm afraid I'll be recognized. And of course, if you do a few of them, they add up to a nice chunk of change.

I did one as well and it was pretty easy. Printed out the form ahead of time looked over it as I was talking on the phone so I did not miss anything they wanted answered or messed up the way they wanted me to have the conversation.

I like these ones, they are quick and easy. I wait until they up the fee to at least $10.00 or more, which happens quite often in my area (I have three RACs within a couple mile radius of me).
