Weird situation - two shops at same location & same date, but different shopping company

I am flying a lot this month so have signed up for airport shops. For next week I self assigned a restaurant shop for myself and it is HMS host that is obviously the client. Another company shops for the airport itself - there are security, restroom, taxi, parking, retail and restaurant shops. They assigned a bunch of shops to me and included a dining shop on a day that I had a another dining shop for the first company.
I told the scheduler at the second company twice that I could not do the shop on the day that was assigned and did not provide an alternate day like I did with others I needed re-assigned. She moved it to the next day I was flying out, but I had self assigned the same restaurant through another company prior to that. I told her again, I could not do it the second day, but she has not cancelled it. I hate to say it again because I don't want to be a pest, should I just do the shop and both reports?

NO !!! I had a friend in that situation. The franchisee eventually saw both reports, which were identical. She was banned by one MSC and harshly warned by the other over it.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I would not risk double-dipping without having permission in writing from both MSC’s. Restaurant reports usually make it to the GM or regional manager, so they are likely to notice. Then you get double-not paid.
Sounds like the scheduler assumed you intended to do the shop on that day if you requested others to be moved to that date. Given how many emails they usually deal with, it’s not surprising. Maybe send her another email. Make sure there’s a good trail that you tried to let her know.
Thanks! I sent the scheduler another email and let her know the situation and requested again that she remove it.
I had a trifecta at a bank for 3 different MSCs. I let the MSCs know that I was doing other shops at the same time in the same bank. They were fine with it. The shops were very different. One was a counter audit, the second was an account opening, and the third was a financial advisor.

I have only had some double duty shops, never a trifecta! Mine were basically at the same location for different scenerios for different MSCs. Like at a big box store loking at one item for one company and another item for another company. Those are fun... more like shoping at a mall an such.

I had a few double dips several years ago. Different companies, one being a casino and doing the gas station as part of that, plus gas station. Or a sandwich shop inside of the gas station, as well as the sandwich as part of the gas station. Liked the double dip
One of the MS that does airport shops has it in writing in the instructions that you are not allowed to do a shop for the store company itself on the same day that you do the mystery shop for the airport circuit.
