IPSOS Contact?

Does anyone have a contact with IPSOS? I had a number of shops scheduled yesterday...completed just over half of them, and someone sideswiped me on a feeder road. We emailed the scheduler within the hour to explain that I would do the other shops today, if they could be extended by one day. Her response was “Ok, Just let me know...”
complete the other 7 shops today, and when I logged in to put in the reports...they are all gone. It hasn’t been 24 hours even since we emailed her. I will be beyond frustrated to lose 7 shops...especially after emailing to get the, rescheduled.
I’ve already emailed her again, but my experience is that those emails don’t get checked outside of business hours.

You can only do 5 shops in one day. Were you doing more than 5 in a day?
Who is your scheduler?
I worked with two different schedulers, different assigned states, and have had no problems due to last minute schedule changes, as long as you are willing to work with the schedule and help out.
Amber, with Summit Scheduling...and she’s a great scheduler, I’m not complaining! I just need to figure out how to reach her other than the email...come to think of it, maybe I can find a phone number on one of the current shops listed...
They have phone shops and electronics shops too. Its only that one client that has a limit on how many shops you can do.

Mousegal, if you have a smartphone you should use mobi audit to report your shops. You open it to take your storefront photo and would know right away if the shop wasn't there. You can report your shop immediately after leaving each location and no reporting time when you get home. Contact judith@summitscheduling and she can likely get a hold of your scheduler faster. Contacting IPSOS probably won't help since they don't do their own scheduling.

Yes I know. OP must live somewhere where the other accounts pay better. I only work on one account for them.
Mouse, if you have a phone number, I'd be grateful. Having a difficult time getting a response.

In my area, they bonus shops. The furniture shop sometimes goes to $35-$40 and the cell phone and tablet shops go to $18.

Every month - furniture @ $15, maybe a $5 bonus if that. I guess the bonus money goes to areas where gas is $2 and not $4. Makes no sense to me.
The only time I've seen them bonused here was at a location pretty much in the middle of nowhere. I only take ones convenient to me or close to other shops I'm doing.

Yup, gas is $2.34 currently I do believe, though it was $2.07 about 10 days ago. It hasn't been over $3 a gallon in a very long time. That and the property values are much lower here than they are in Cali...I guess we get the bonuses for mental anguish of having to deal with crappy winters with very cold temps and snow.

Some of the locations that get bonused here are within 20 miles of my house.
Does anybody have a contact for Judith other than Judith@summitscheduling? She didn't answer that one. I tried the phone number listed on whitepages but it's disconnected. Hoping somebody here has a better email or phone number. Thanks.

Another reason people in California don't like to drive. Do they drive up the prices to keep you California people from being on the road as much?
iShop123 and leftcoast - sorry for the last response -- I don't have a phone number, and I did email Judith, and got a response from my scheduler, but, as I feared, the shops were too far past. It happens, and we've been too busy with shops since then to worry too much about it. I hate the loss, over a misunderstanding, but I'd rather keep the relationship with the MSC and the scheduler!
We have many enviermental laws and the higher gas prices pay for that study...actually smog is almost gone thanks to the laws. I think we are the most expensive gas along with our state taxes 9 1/2%.....but winter has been the bomb....everyone is on the road we are a car population, everyone loves their cars.....

Live consciously....
