Ipsos paid me too much

So, I got two payments from Ipsos today. One of them I can’t find in my calendar, so I’m 99.9% sure that I didn’t earn it. I’m not sure how to return it. Does anyone have a contact number for them?

Did you do any of the pet store shops? I received 2 payments also. One was for the pet store ones

No, not. That's being conscientious.

I DID get a couple of dollars too much reimbursement from Ipsos a couple of months ago. Sent the scheduler an email, and asked her to pass on the message. Never heard back-guess it was too small of an amount to mess with.

I did seven of the pet food shops, all due by Feb. 4th. I was paid for two but not the rest (on March 1). Anyone else experience this?

sun&fun, due by and submitted by are not the same thing. Did you submit them all on the same date?

The same thing happened to me a few months ago. I was told that it goes by the date they have been reviewed and sent to the client. So they may have all been shopped on the same day and reported on the same day, but if the editors didn't review them all by the cut off day then you wouldn't be paid for the other shops until the next payday.

Still one of the few companies that has a lot of shops and also has a quick turnaround for payment. I overall love working for them.
