How can Papa Jonh's identify me?

I could not apply to a specific Papa John's location because I was identified as a mystery shopper during a previous shop. How can this happen? I'm always careful to take pictures after the delivery man leaves the place.

No idea, but I can't do honme delivery either. The delivery man always comments about how nice the house is too. I only do take-out now. (Actually I haven't done one since Jan 2017.)
When businesses get their reports, they can often figure it out based on times and details. Papa John's seems to be about the only place who outs shoppers regularly.

How many shops did you do for them before they identified you? Once you give them your address and phone number and place an order, you are in their database and you are not anonymous. They know who you are. When they get a report it's easy for them to figure out which customer who purchased on that day around that time was the shopper.
You have to give info identifying your transaction on your report, and you give your address/phone number

Were they good or bad reports?
Ha you have competition for the shops too, im all over them they are my favs!

How many pizza pies does a normal Papa John's sell a day? 200? Out of that 200 how many order 1 large original crust pizza with the 2 exact toppings you ordered? 5? Maybe. Very possible only 1 or 2. Not hard to figure out.

I've done the only Papa shop in our city nearly every month sometimes up to 3 times. I have no idea how they haven't figured out it's me yet. If they were smart, they'd keep their mouths shut and just do an awesome job on the shop. I've never understood why people will name the shoppers instead of just doing awesome on the shops...
If you were to take a poll on what pizzas people like, pepperoni only pizza would probably be #1. I guess it's best to stick with the most popular toppings? I do a lot of the PJs in my area (7-10 locations) and have for years. I know that one MSC prefers that shoppers change up the toppings each month, but I cleared it with my scheduler that I only want pepperoni pizza and she said that was fine, so that is the only topping I ever order. I was outed at one location a few years back when they were with the previous MSC (carryout shop) because there were circumstances reported in the shop that must have made it obvious who the shopper was when they reviewed in-store video. I now give a different name and number and pay with cash when I do that shop for the current MSC. No problems ever since.

I am not a fan of the pizza. I do it for the money (I only do significantly bonused shops for this client) and usually give the pizza away.
My report at that location was graded 10/10. I do good reports. This was an online delivery
Yes, I too always made perfect scores on my reports. That has nothing to do with you being outed as a shopper.
I think I remember what happened for this shop last November. I wanting to go to the movie theater after the pizza. I was waiting at a park very close to the pizzeria. They were late compared to quoted time, I called them and the delivery man finally arrived. We had to eat fast our pizza and hurry to not miss the movie. So I complained in my report about them being late, so my report was graded 10/10 but it was probably memorable.

Having it delivered to a park most likely made you stick out like a sore thumb when they read over the report.
Except home and work, where can you have it delivered? When I'm going to the movie theater or some event, I'm only thinking about the park. Also, my kids like the playground there.
They sometimes have bonuses on shops that are a bit of a drive and they are delivery. I find an apartment complex, a gas station, a hotel or preferably a library. Once, I knew it would take 30 minutes so I called as I entered my grocery store shop and the pizza was delivered on my way out!
The library is a good idea, that's the only one where my kids could have fun while waiting for the pizza.
I thought I read in the description of the shop recently that it can't be delivered to a public place, only a home or business. Of course, now I can't find that, but I remember reading it recently.
Miamiparis if you want some highend stores or food shops send me pm and ill guve you the scheduler. These are all higherend places though.
Since you don't report where you had it delivered, you would not be identified based on where it was delivered. I've raised three daughters and had plenty of pizza delivered to a park, the school playground and the beach.
Doesn't our phone number come up on their Caller ID? For those saying they give a different phone number to conceal their identity, is this still a problem since they can see the phone we're calling from? Does anyone know if suspected shoppers' accounts get flagged in some way, alerting employees when we order again? I'm always wondering if they're starting to suspect me...Although it seems like they would perform a little better if they were on to me.
The last MSC that had PJ told me I got "outted" and could not do a certain location because they knew who I was. Now when I do PJ and I call it in for pickup, I ALWAYS use a Phone Number so it is not tracked back to my account figuring I will arrive by the time it is due. I have yet to get "outted" this way.
Ya, I got figured out at the three places I normally shopped. I wasn't happy because I was earning huge bonus on all three. I found another niche now that I moved. Fingers crossed the bonus goes back up and I can hit all of these.
I've done pizza shop delivery to churches. I'm the only one there, but I say I'm getting ready for a meeting there.
A few times I have been in an area where there is a PJ and the bonus is big enough to go to a Hotel and have them deliver it there. If I call it in I just say I will meet them out front or in the lobby to make it quicker for the driver. I get the pizza, wait for the driver to leave and then I leave.
It's actually *67 to block a call and it used to be *69 to trace calls from home phone numbers...not sure if that still works.
