Narratives which I have to explain why I would or would not recommend this location to my friends. For a restaurant, I might have recommended one once or twice in my lifetime, but when is the last time you called a friend and told them to check out a gas station?
And how did the employee make you feel? "I felt fine". Please explain. "OK. I had warm fuzzies crawling up my backside. What else would you like to know?"

I can't imagine, if asked, not recommending a restaurant to other people, at least if I know them. I've even told people that if they ever get to such and such a place they should go to such and such restaurant. I mean, Why not? I'm not afraid that they won't agree with my opinion of the place it's part of life. I recommend other things too that I've enjoyed. Again, Why not?

I can't find the correct thread, so I'll vent here. I did a pickup restaurants, very popular and discussed at length.
I drove 25 miles a I needed to do this at 2;00 when job started, saw the pick-up space pulled in and ordered. Timing was of the essence ,calling at 2:00, she said it would take 10 minutes, and I waited until 2:16 when it was delivered, and receipt given.. What did I do wrong, my job is rejected due to ordering from the pick-up space.
Then I drove the 25 miles home, yes I'm going to stand in the corner, however the scheduler (a new one for me) wrote a very nice email asking if I want a re-do, my answer was no, with a not so nice reason i should get paid.
Another one bites the dust...

They closed the one in my town years ago, and I was going to be close to that area,, why I took it. How do they see you, or know your there before you call. I enjoyed the meal, not the drive. I was told I could not park in the entire parking lot, yet there are several restaurants in this lot adjoing each other....I still don't get it.

One MSC has a report that has a box "no associate was present" or something like that. Then you have a minimum of 150 characters to say no associate was present and you can't submit it until you type in 150 characters.

Expand each narrative box in the Prophet report before submitting to allow the entire text to be seen then print the screen to a .pdf.
