I wanted to report back how my Shell shop went for future reference for others. It was a blizzard when I pulled into to do the shop. The main ID sign was covered in snow. I called the MSC and left a message and decided to do the shop anyway since I'd already driven quite a distance. Luckily, I could take pictures of the pumps that were were good. The ID sign was clear on the other side so I got good pictures of it, also. I did received a call back from the MSC but it was during the shop and I didn't see the call. I was told to proceed which was good because that is what I was doing.

I held my breath waiting for the shop to be put on hold. It's been 3 days now and no hold! This was a bugger of shop to do during a snowstorm and I'm so glad it was only three pumps (6 pumping stations.) The employee was awesome to work with, too! Not sure I'd be willing to do another one for a long time but I'm glad it worked out and I had information here about how to take the pictures, etc.

I used the app on my android phone to complete the shop for both Shell and Sinclair. I cannot understand why it would be difficult to put all inside questions together and then all outside questions together. They have you going inside then outside then back inside. If the questions were arranged better it would make this a more desirable shop, IMHO.
