almost impossible?

Okay, this morning I'm filling out a survey form for an MSC about casual dining restaurants and I'm almost done when I get to this question. Can anyone come up with an answer that fits the parameters? I've got a pretty good vocabulary but this one has me stumped.
"In 5 words or less, what is the single best thing about casual dining chain restaurants?" Not too bad except that the minimum character count is 40. That's an average of 7 characters per word (if you include spaces). I think I'll have to go over the word count because less than 40 characters is definitely not acceptable.

A generally reasonably consistent experience.

Unless the guidelines state that the answer to the question must be a proper sentence, there you go.

It sounds to me like they are hoping a shopper can help them create a new tagline. In a marketing class that I took, they said taglines should be 5-8 words and no more than 40 characters so it can fit well on billboards, logos, advertising, etc.

No Jasflalmt, it has to be 5 words or less AND at least 40 characters. That was my problem with Shops a lot's suggestion. I can easily come up with 5 words or less and less than 40 characters. The problem was doing it with at least 40 characters. Bgriffin's has the same problem.

I just did the Trendsource restaurant survey that had that question....I was a few characters short of 40, so I just added exclamation points, and it went through!
This has got to be the dumbest survey question I ever heard.

proudly shopping in the D.
Having a tremendously average atmosphere.

Thats 40 with spaces

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Okay here is my revision since extra exclamation points are allowed: Absolutely loving no cooking required!!!
Or you could always add exclamation points to my previous post and say: I didn't have to cook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! smiling smiley

For this survey you HAVE to come up with 40 characters, or the question doesn't go through.
"The five words (or less) that I would choose to describe the best thing about this chain is "Eat Fresh.""
