The other day I was doing a store shop and had to ask an employee for the location of an item. I had to get the employees name. She was not wearing a name tag and I was trying to figure out how to get her name without sounding like a moron. Just then they called an employee to the cash registers and it was her. YES I got her name.
I was doing a GNC shop about 10 years ago. I browsed the store until Miss No Name Tag was called to the register by name. It has happened this way only once since 2003.
One night at a restaurant no matter how hard we tried we just couldn't get the manager's name. So I googled the name of the restaurant, city and state, and the word 'manager'. Up popped her LinkedIn account with a pic of her smiling face. Thank you!
