Great idea. However, it appears that you have to be a car rental agency, fleet, or other large business and have to have a code to get to their request form. Looking at the website, the company appears to not work with the general public. The MSC states that all the details will be included in the guidelines for how to access the website and make the appointment. I'm guessing that they want the shopper to portray themselves as one of their client's current customers?
